Nam Prik Pla Tu tum (Mackerel Chili dip)

Mackerel left from meals can be modified as another special recipe. Take only
its meat, leave out the bones, then pound it with garlic, yellow chilies, hot
chilies, shrimp paste, a few drops of fish sauce and lime juice, a few pinches
of sugar. Blend it until the taste is satisfied. Scoop it into a cup. Mix it
with hot cooked rice and eat it together with newly cooked omelet. This kind
of food can be kept for many days. It is a real appetizing dish for everyday
meals.
